2020 Yamaha XSR700
Much like it’s bigger brother, the 2020 Yamaha XSR700 is almost entirely an MT-07 underneath. This means the same amazing 270-degree crossplane crankshaft with built-in counterbalancers churning out 74 crank HP and 50 lbs-ft of crank torque. However, unlike the MT-07, the XSR700 does feature a different style handlebar for more upright riding, and a different dash cluster from the MT series.
The XSR700 also shares the excellent horizontal rear suspension from the MT07 but has a narrower profile seat and longer, lower fuel tank, evoking the old street sport bikes of the 1970s. Standard equipment includes dual-zone ABS, traction control, and throttle-by-wire.
The 2020 Yamaha XSR700 starts at $8,499 US/ $9,599 CA.
