EVEL KNIEVEL’S XR-750 Movie Bikes

Although Evel Knievel rode many different bikes throughout his career, he is most closely associated with the Harley Davidson XR750 tracker, also called the 70-XR-750 and predecessor of the Model KR. This dirt track racer sports a 748 cc (45.6 cu in) air cooled V-twin Engine with two 36 mm Mikuni carburetors. Bore / stroke 76 mm × 81 mm (3.0 in × 3.2 in) (1970 iron head) 79 mm × 76 mm (3.1 in × 3.0 in) (alloy head 1972– ) Stock power was 82 hp (61 kW) @ 7,700 rpm and top speed was 115 mph (185 km/h).
