2020 Triumph Speed Triple S / Triple RS [Model Overview]

2020 Triumph Speed Triple S / Triple RS

2020 Triumph Speed Triple S & RS

The 2020 Triumph Speed Triple S and RS are Triumph’s entries into the streetfighter bike arena. Both models use the same new 1050cc liquid cooled DOHC inline triple, pushing 148 HP and 86 lbs-ft of torque through a rider assist 6 speed transmission, which can be used without the clutch both up and down the box.

New for 2020 is a fully digital dash, centered around a 5 inch TFT full color display. As well, a new set of cast aluminum 5 spoke wheels add a bit more stance and aggression to the streetfighter looks.

The differences between the models are mostly in the electronics and suspension. The Speed Triple S has four selectable rider modes and Showa shocks front and rear, while the Speed Triple RS has 5 modes including a new track mode, and Ohlins shocks front and rear. The RS also features an exhaust by Arrow that is 9 lbs lighter than the standard exhaust on the S.

The 2020 Triumph Speed Triple S starts at $14,350 US/$16,000 CDN. The 2020 Triumph Speed Triple RS starts at $16,500 US/$18,300 CDN.
