She’s sexy, she’s decked out in a sweet new scheme style, and she’s ready to rock for 2023 – meet MV Agusta’s new special edition beauty, the 2023 Dragster RR SCS America.
Celebrating fifty years of red, white, and blue Agusta goodness, this new variant is limited to 300 units. Each piece of pretty sports the new livery, plus a hand-stitched ‘America Special Edition’ script on the saddle, a host of componentry via a Special Parts Kit (SPK), an aerodynamic carbon-fiber wheel cover, and a laser-engraved serial number on the top triple clamp.
The SPK, by the way, includes a transparent clutch cover for the iconic SCS automatic clutch (developed with Rekluse), as well as the welcome addition of an Akrapovič titanium sports exhaust + dedicated ECU.
All that cheddar means the Dragster RR SCS America is capable of a very nice 148hp @ 12,800rpm – up a full 8 ponies from the Dragster RR SCS’s 140hp @ 11,000rpm (via MV Agusta’s press release on Roadracing World).
