Good things come to those who wait. Starting March 2008 ScorpionExoWear will be available to female riders.
Fem-TECH is the first collection of women’s gear to be released by Scorpion Sports Inc.
ScorpionExoWear for men was first introduced in August of 2007, with everything from mesh jackets to leather gloves.
After an entire year of researching, measuring, and talking with key women in the motorcycle industry, Scorpion Sports has developed a product line that they say “is not only functional and extremely fashionable but also graphically coordinated from helmets to pants”.
“Riders, male or female, want gear that is both comfortable and functional-that will withstand the challenges of whatever riding environment to which they are exposed”, according to Scorpion — and we can certainly agree with that.
Scorpion Sports combined the design elements of ScorpionExoWear apparel, EXO-Tec armor, Kwikwick liners, and EXO-Stitched seams with design ideas for today’s fashion market place and produced a fresh, innovative women’s apparel line.
Scorpion’s Fem-TECH line of apparel will include outfits instead of individual garments, creating an attitude and portraying personality.
Scorpion’s Fem-TECH line includes mesh, textile, and leather garments designed for different riding styles.
“The motocross industry has been making head to toe outfits for years. We just took that success and applied it to the men’s and women’s street market”; says Eric Anderson, VP of Sales and Marketing, “These EXO-Outfits fit the rider as well as they fit together!”
ScorpionExoWear and ScorpionEXO helmets are available at dealers across the country. We’ll see if we can get some of the new gear for a webBikeWorld review.
