Here’s What You Need to Know About Harley’s 2020 Lineup

Harley has Some New Models

Harley-Davidson is adding a few new models to its lineup for 2020. The company is adding a Road Glide LimitedLow Rider S and a CVO Tri Glide. All are pretty good additions to the brand’s lineup. Harley will also roll out its Reflex Defensive Rider System as standard equipment on all CVO models, trikes, and the LiveWire.

The Reflex Defensive Rider System includes a linked braking system for cornering, cornering ABS, cornering traction control, drag-torque slip control, tire pressure monitoring system, and hill-start control. On all touring models, the system will be an optional package. The only exception is the Electra Glide Standard.

As Motorcycle.com points out, the company failed to mention in its press release it sent out that it was not going to bring the Superlow1200 Custom and Forty-Eight Special, the Electra Glide Ultra Classic, the Ultra Limited Low and the CVO Road Glide to the 2020 model year.

In addition to all this, the company also announced a special, subscription-based smartphone-focused connectivity option. This is a feature that was first announced for the new LiveWire. But Harley will now expand it to other models in the company’s lineup. The connectivity option includes features like range (for gasoline or electric bikes), tire pressure, ride mode, odometer, and specific riding statistics. This system also provides security features like GPS tracking and alerts if someone is tampering with your bike. Overall, Harley looks to have a pretty good lineup on its hands for 2020.
