The raw material sheet metal on this project is all recycled material and more specifically the metal barrels used in various industries ranging from petrochemicals to food. The barrels bright colors and unique screen prints offer a multitude of colors and combinations and surface textures; not to mention their constant exposure to the elements over time creates an aesthetic transformation of the material …. here the fun begins!
