MALA SUERTE Flying Choppers

Nothing’s as horrible as overdoing a restoration of an old bike, having chrome and shiny paint all over it so that you lose the sense of the time the bike is really from. This is the main idea of Mala Suerte. Although it looks like it’s been hit by a train, its look is a result of many years of work. You can see the results of a paint job right away, but getting a surface like in Mala Suerte takes several finnish winters, hydrocloric acid and beating with hammers and chains. The decorating part consists mainly of death-related engravings and spanish sayings about bad luck. The emphasis on the technical part was to get the bike as reliable and powerful as it could be (as no one usually believes the bike can move at all).
