November 18, 2010 - Sidi announced six new boots for 2011, including the Sidi "Adventure" boots with Gore-Tex.

Sidi said "Based on the outstanding success of the Sidi Adventure Rain boots, Motonation (the U.S. importer and distributor) has decided to import a new Gore-Tex version as well.

The ultimate Adventure boot combines Sidi’s best touring and off road features into an effective adventure boot design!  The Adventure boots have a Gore-Tex breathable and waterproof membrane, which adds a water-resistant yet breathable barrier between the elements and the rider’s feet.

The retail price of these boots is $625.00, due to an abnormally high import duty rate (tax) of 20%.

Features of the Sidi Adventure boots include:

• Soft rubber sole for maximum grip.
• Replaceable strap system.
• Top grain leather construction.
• Composite inner sole.
• Removable arch support.
• Exclusive cam-lock buckle system.
• Cambrelle lining.
• Slim, cool non-bootie design.
• Rigid, shock resistant, anatomically shaped heel for maximum protection.
• Split grain leather inner anti-wear/heat panel.
• Single Flex System upper.

The Sidi Adventure boots will be available in metric sizes from 40 thru 48 (U.S. sizes 7 to 13) in black only. The boots will be at your Sidi dealer in late February 2011.
