February 23, 2012 - In addition to the new UClear HBC200 intercom (preview), UClear also announced the new UClear WT300 "Spider" Bluetooth adapter at the 2012 Dealer Expo.
(From a UClear press release) - The UClear WT300 "Spider" Bluetooth adapter connects Bluetooth headsets to create wireless, hands-free group communication capabilities.
Connect an FRS/GMRS radio or two WT300 Bluetooth "hubs" and pair it to your Bluetooth headset.
Open and close the channel with the wireless push remote (included) for a truly wireless communication system.
The WT300 Spider is compatible with most FRS/GMRS radios, CB radios, radar detectors, GPS systems and portable music devices (MP3 players) via an auxiliary port connection.
Connects UClear intercoms, such as the UClear HBC100 (review) and other brands of Bluetooth intercom systems. Allows for wireless communication with unlimited number of users. Communication distance is extended to the range of the connected devices.
Includes wireless push-to-talk (PTT) remote and charger. Provides hands-free VOX communication with or without VOX-ready devices.
Auxiliary jack interface connects the WT300 to a wide variety of non Bluetooth electronics devices. Rugged, weather-resistant design for long life in any climate.
