Claims - "Unique engineered synthetic polymer
formula. Ultimate deep gloss and protection."
For Use On - Painted surfaces.
Claimed Features -
"Paint will be darker and richer and the shine will
be the deepest, clearest you've ever seen. Creates
a tough, polymer bond. Engineered to eliminate
fine scratches. Glides on and off easily."
Application -
Apply thin coat. Allow
to dry to a haze and buff out with separate cloth.
See the companion product,
Meguiar's NXT Spray Wax.
Meguiar's NXT Next Generation Tech Wax is probably the best of the
mass-market auto polish/wax products we've ever tried. However, it
does leave a haze and minor streaks on some types of paint, clearcoat or
finishes that have been washed with combination "wash and polish" soap
products.
But overall, this is the best of the readily available waxes.
Lemony-vanilla smell. Easy to apply. Doesn't seem to leave much
residue, but there are several warnings about keeping it away from rubber
and plastic. Surface feels "greasy" but isn't; surface does feel
"protected" after it's buffed out. Leaves a very distinctive shine on
most painted surfaces.
It leaves a very smooth feel on the paint and the cotton polishing towel
slides very smoothly over the finish. Noticeably different from other
similar products.
Still doesn't last as long or work as well as
Glare
Professional Polish, in our opinion, but is slightly easier and quicker
to apply. If we had to own only one mass-market polish, this would be
it.
