The Winning Loser was El Solitario’s first bike to be built from scratch, and it was made for a garage builders contest in Spain. Only two simple rules: Start with a Yamaha SR250 & to spend less than €1.000. There was no limit on the amount of hours we could spend fabricating so that is what we did. At 500 hours of labor the Winning Loser is a true example of what an El Solitario One-Of-a-Kind Motorcycle is about. You may be thinking that the Winning
Loser is thought as an exercise in design, a motorcycle not meant to be ridden, but you would be wrong. With a 3 liter gas range you cannot go far, but every time there is an opportunity to take our metal chick for a spin, she is up for it.
