Triumph Motorcycles Information and Pricing
Brand new for 2007,
the Triumph Tiger 1050 is set to revolutionize the
motorcycle market with look that demands attention.
The angular lines of the headlight cowl muscle up
around the tank and flow beautifully to the upswept
tail, while a moment on the Tiger’s back offers an
enticing fit.
The potent Speed Triple-derived engine has been
tweaked to suit the Tiger’s unique temperament,
delivering immense power and ear-to-ear grins.
A sophisticated engine management system offers twice
as much memory as before, allowing a quicker start and
improved fuel economy while multi-adjustable front and
rear suspension keeps things firmly planted.
The Tiger slinks through snarled up
traffic, while the commanding view gives the rider the
jump on everyone. Sharp appearance and powerful
build boast the sporting nature of the Tiger, while a
relaxed riding position, spacious seat and supple
suspension offers comfort that will have you touring way
into the wilds, alone or two-up, on a bike that happily
devours miles of tarmac.
Supremely comfortable, two-up tourer; sporty solo
funster or sleek, stylish city bike: There are very few
genuine all-round motorcycles in existence. The
Tiger is certainly one of them.
2007 Triumph Tiger 1050 - 1050 ABS Specifications
The Tiger 1050 is designed to occupy a different space to other bikes in its
class, excelling in three distinct areas. Triumph says that the Tiger 1050
was developed for "carving
the tight and technical switchbacks, slicing through traffic each day or
loading up and heading for the opposite coast with your passenger".Triumph engineers have worked hard to give the new Tiger 1050 the
edge it needs to excel. It has all-round practicality, comfort and now the
new Tiger 1050 brings the added elements of sporting
performance that was lacking in the original Tiger.
