Gloves are usually shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class mail, in a Tyvek envelope. Helmets are usually shipped via UPS or (rarely) via USPS, all with tracking. Other items shipped either USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail or whatever is cheapest.
