Gloves are usually shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class mail, in a Tyvek envelope, no tracking.  Helmets are usually shipped via FedEx Home (or Ground if you want to receive it at work to keep it a secret from your SO!); UPS (usually more expensive) or, rarely, USPS, all with tracking.  Other items shipped either USPS Parcel Post (no tracking) or Priority Mail (sometimes with tracking) or whatever is cheapest.
