Bell has been on a roll and every one of their helmets reviewed on webBikeWorld over the last few years has been a hit.
Bell seems to have nailed the price/value equation and the Bell Revolver just may be another winner.
Well know for sure pretty soon, as we have a Revolver on the way and we'll give it the full webBikeWorld workout as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we also have a Bell Arrow review nearly ready to goI ready! Don't want to spill the beans here, but let's just say that early indications are that it won't disappoint!
The Bell Revolver is the company's first flip-up.
At a list price of only $209.95, this looks to be an exceptional deal. It has an internal sun visor and the SolFX Transitions visor (review) is available as an option (Note: Incorrectly reported earlier as the standard face shield).
The face shield uses the same Bell "ClickRelease" rotating and removal system that we liked so much in our recent review of the Bell Vortex and the Bell Star.
If I heard this correctly during my visit to the Bell display at the 2011 Dealer Expo, any ClickRelease face shield will fit on any Bell helmet that uses that system. In other words, you could swap face shields between your Bell Revolver, Bell Vortex and Bell Star. And the upcoming Bell RS-1.
