Motorcycle News 2005: Michael Schumacher, 7-time Formula 1
Champion, recently tested a Ducati Desmosedici at Mugello, completing
around 40 laps. During the surprise outing, which was apparently
arranged at Schumacher's request, the F1 legend began with lap times
around the 2min 40secs mark, but improved to an eventual best of 2min
8secs. Yamaha rider Rossi took pole at this year's Italian Grand
Prix with a time of 1min 49.223secs. |
